Holds up to 40 mls, 8 tampons or 8 tbsp - perfect for daytime
Heavy/over night protection - Responsible meet Reliable
Holds up to 80mls, 16 tampons or 16 tbsp - perfect for night time
The heavy absorbency range has two extra layers of absorbency. It is designed for heavy bladder leakage, periods and postpartum bleeding.
HOW MANY PAIRS WILL I NEED?
We recommend at least 2 pairs. 1x moderate/heavy for the daytime and 1x heavy/over night for night time.
Please note: this would only work if you are washing and drying the second pair whilst wearing the other pair.

Please note: If you are in between sizes if, we suggest you size up!
HOW DO I WASH THEM?
After use, just rinse in cold water, then pop them in the washing machine or laundry tub to wait until you are ready to do your next load. Machine wash on a normal load (warm water 40°C) in a delicates bag. But please – no softener or bleach. Hang dry or tumble dry on low.
