Payment Options.
Bank Deposit
Make your payment directly into our bank account. Please use your Order ID as the payment reference. Your order won’t be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. The payment information is displayed on the order status page, after you have placed your order.
Paypal(Credit/debit card)
PayPal is an online transactional facility that enables us Seed2skin to receive credit card payments immediately from you the customer. Once you have chosen to buy an item(s) from your shopping cart, Storbie (our website provider) takes you through a checkout process and then redirects you to PayPal to make the purchase. The customer is then returned to our sight once the sale is complete.
Shipping
Shipping within New Zealand is at the flat rate of NZ$7.00 per order this includes rural or SHIPPING IS FREE if you spend $75 or more! Free gift/sample is included on orders over $100.
Orders are sent via Courier Post and you can expect your order to arrive within 1 – 3 working days.
At this Stage we do not offer international shipping however if you would like to buy something please contact us before hand and we can arrange goods to be shipped overseas.
Returns and Refunds
If you are not happy with your purchase, provided the goods are unopened and unused you may return them for a store credit or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Please note postage costs will not be refunded for the initial order or costs incurred returning the item to us.
If the goods are faulty or were sent to you in error we will reimburse you for any postage costs you incur returning the item/s back to us. Without exception, we will not accept returns on open or used items, unless the item is faulty. Please contact us within 7 Days of recieving your order to report fault.
Sale Items
Please note all sale items are deemed a final sale and cannot be returned for a refund or exchange unless deemed faulty. Please further note that we are not obliged to accept returns simply if you have changed your mind or no longer want the goods. We will meet our obligations under the Fair Trading Act.

Some people may find they have sensitivities to a substance, be it natural or chemical, therefore we always provide the complete list of ingredients supplied to us by the manufacturer on every product page. It is always a good idea to do a patch test first before trying any new products.

Here at seed2skin we do certain things to help keep our planet beautiful. We not only recycle but encourage our customers to reuse there containers/bottles, if you send back your sista range containers/bottles you will receive a discount off your next order.
How natural our products
All of our products listed to our knowledge are natural and organic where possible however there maybe the odd one’s that aren’t but are close and don’t contain other nasty chemicals or parabens. If unsure please contact us and we will get all the information to you.
